Really looking forward to this, I think a lot of money will have been put on Mexico after their destructive counter attacking performance, they have to back it up now though!

I've always felt Mexico played good, attractive football but seem to struggle with the more physically aggressive European style. Didn't seem to be an issue in the last game, though Germany were poor by their standards. I'd like Mexico to go through.

You see that should be a penalty, because his arm is way above his head.

 

But by the letter of the law, how can you say that’s intentional when it’s that close? It wasn’t arm to ball.

 

The rule needs changing - if your arm is away from your body, it should be a penalty, but that is an incorrect decision based on the current rule.

I feel kinda uncomfortable in this era where fifa are under a lot of scrutiny and suspicion of corruption to see Infantini sat up in these weird royal boxes with world leaders in games.

 

If seems kinda tasteless, disgusting and sort of naive on fifas part. Just delivering completely the wrong message. 

 

Especially given Qatar looks like its still going ahead, built by Bangladeshi slave labour with oil money.

Love watching them cut inside from their respective side, they've got speed and skill, but tend to fudge it up in the final third.

Apart from that blast over the bar, Lozano has been quality again, love his work rate especially when defending.
