However, the article from L'Equipe looks very much like it's been influenced by an agent trying to chuck as many names out there as possible. But my hope is that we’ve steamed in tonight as Everton drop out and Roma stumble around. We can but hope
jayfox26 Posted 19 July 2018 Posted 19 July 2018 Roma wouldn't pay more than £30m for Mahrez so no way are they getting anywhere near the valuation of Malcom. €45m is a lot but i guess thats standard now for talented, young attackers. Seems crazy now that Liverpool got Salah for around £30m!

I'm firmly in the camp of when there is a player who ticks every box and would normally be out of our range but is willing to come then just get it done especially when he plays in a position we're desperate for..
