Let's rephrase it and i'll give you some credit. Replacing him poorly put Southampton where they are now. Now, I'm gonna agree with everyone when they ask 'Who would you replace him with?'. I don't know, I can't answer that question but I said the other day i'd like to think the club always have a shortlist, always scouting and looking, even when things are going well i'd like to think it's happening. Have we appointed poorly in the past, yes, that's how we ended up with Puel, let's hope the power's that be have learnt. The Pearson comment seems farfetched. He also looks to be reaching from things being said by Vardy et al. And all of these articles coming from one interview. Not believing a lot of it.
