Easily affordable if we can get 30 million back for Slimani and sell a few more Bovrils on matchdays:- £2.30 for a spoonfull of beefy powder and some boiling water, a 23 times mark up, hideous!

Tom12345 Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 We are 7th. If we want to go places and punch above our weight, we need a team with character. The character that we had when we won the league. The character that got so many saying what a “family” club this is. Vardy, Morgan, Albrighton, Schmeichel and even Fuchs and Simpson are much needed to maintain the character of the club. Sometimes, 1+1 can get you more than 2. This is not fantasy football guys - Buy and sell players based stats as if they are all interchangeable. Many clubs pay a lot of money for new players but they still struggle. Fulham spent a lot of money and didn’t go anywhere. Everton spent a lot of money a few seasons ago with Walsh - weren’t as good as before. It takes a lot to build a team and character. Don’t undervalue that and keep shouting for a massive clean-out season after season, month after month.
