There's a chance we don't sign a striker for next season and BR hopes to get a tune out of Iheanacho. Our attacking wide players are the weakest positions in the squad. Assuming we sign Tielemans then I can't imagine too many Leicester fans think the other nine position for the first team could be improved on much. Our wide players are Albrighton, Barnes and Gray. I've already written off Ghezzal as never being good enough to hold down a first team place. A marquee top class wide player would certainly fit into this team if we could manage to target a player like that.

Fox92 Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 It'd be good to get a winger in who actually contributes to assists and goals. Gray far too inconsistent and doesn't do it enough, Albrighton only gets about 5 a season and we should be looking to upgrade on him now and Barnes still learning. I think a new winger - Maddison - Barnes would be a great three.

One of the prioirities of the summer must be to continue to prune the squad of expensive flops like Slim and Silva and of players who have run their course like King and James. Why on earth would we need another DM? Perhaps we could persuade another year out of Fuchs for LB cover. We need to go all out for Tielemans and if we could get a wide player like Brais Mendez, maybe at the expense of selling Gray, the team would be a thing of beauty. Che Adams as cover and eventual successor to Vardy? Nacho goes the other way. I reckon I've got it sussed, Easy peasy.
