Iwobi, Kean, Gomes, Walcott, Mina, Digne, Delph, they're always signing downwards. Meanwhile we're nearly always signing upwards, picking up upwardly mobile players whose stock will rise here. I get signing a few experienced pros from big clubs on their way down but as a whole transfer policy just getting everyone else's cast offs, it's never, ever going to produce success. 5

Digne is a helluva player. The others aren’t worth a whole lot. 1

Agree about everyone but Digne. Kean could still come good given his age.
