Sydney_Fox Posted 16 May 2019 Posted 16 May 2019 Was just reading through some articles about the games of the season, and the defeat to Wolves 4-3 features on a few lists as the game of the season. The image of Puel in sheer despair embodied the frustration of much of his time in charge of the club, and I think is an awesome photo of the lows of the beautiful game. I was thinking about some other iconic images from the season, obviously the tribute to Vichai at home with the fans in unity behind all the playing staff has to probably be in, I also enjoyed the 'wolf' celebration at Chelsea (a) - Feel free to share your other favourite images of the season...

Mint23 Posted 16 May 2019 Posted 16 May 2019 I think the iconic is more appropriate than favourite. This season has been defined by a tragedy of the likes that the club has never seen before and all of the images of this season in my mind come from that tragedy, whether it be Gray scoring at Cardiff, the players in the centre circle with the chairman’s scarves in the background or the photo of all the tributes outside the stadium. I think it’s safe to say that all of the most memorable images of the season are ones that we all wish never actually happened.

Vardinio'sCat Posted 16 May 2019 Posted 16 May 2019 It's quite hard to look again at those difficult days, but now the footy has stopped it is time to reflect. What a dreadful calamity for us all. I will never forget the unity the title, and then the loss of Vichai, brought to the city. No other moments in my 45 years in Leicester come close.

Being at the Burnley game and the sheer silence of the whole stadium watching that 6 minute or so video on the big screens. The walk for vichai. Ricardo goal against Man City.
