Morgan's birthday yesterday. The club acknowledged Aaron Ramsey but not Morgan.

Very, very strange our greatest ever player and league winning captain seem to have been snubbed by the usually clap happy social media team.

Love Wes but that's a bit of a stretch.

Edit - Just realised that you are probably also referring to them missing Vardy's birthday.  My apologies.  As you were.

They stopped doing it for ex-players months ago, after loads of criticism to every post they did.

Makes sense to just stop completely rather than risk upsetting a player / their fans because they're not on the top tier.

eg would you wish Muzzy Izzet a happy birthday but not Neil Lennon? Emile Heskey but not Steve Claridge?

Becomes a headache for something that is also a complete waste of time :D

Newport are still in the bottom 2 but they’re right in with a chance of staying up and definitely more competitive under Fuchs.

5 homes games under him 2 wins 2 draw & 1 defeat. Away form is poor but if you can keep picking up points at home..

If he keeps them up he’s done a brilliant job

James Justin has been Leeds best player for the past month, 2 goals in 3 and a couple of MOTM awards. Yet apparently he was washed. Always the players fault and not the environment here.

James Justin playing like he was for us at one stage.

I never understood why we didnt stick to him as a left back. His best form was on that side with him linking with Harvey Barnes. He got injured and then was played all over the place.

It shows what confidence is like though as our fan base were absolutely hammering him at one stage. He looks back to his best ripping it up on the left for Leeds tonight. He scored a goal and looks a menace for a Left back!

With respect JJ always had an eye for a goal...it doesn't detract from the fact 90% of our goals conceded in the PL were down his side.

We've not learnt anything...he was decent going forward, poor defensively!

leeds are playing him further up the pitch in his stronger role.

Which somehow their manager seemed to figure out his better position 😄

Be interesting to see where our ex- players would finish if playing together in 2026. Particularly as we broke the bank swapping them for absolute nonsense :D

Still playing in England:

Iversen

Justin Fofana Maguire Castagne

Barnes Tielemans KDH Schlupp

Maddison

Wood

Not to mention those still playing abroad: Kante, Mahrez, Cags, Perez, Lookman, Ndidi, Nacho, Kasper, Kramaric... Kane :D

Wilf’s dad has passed away after being involved in a traffic accident

We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of our footballer Wilfred Ndidi's esteemed father, Sunday Ndidi, in a fatal traffic accident.

May Allah grant mercy to the deceased; we extend our condolences to our footballer Wilfred Ndidi, his family, and loved ones.
