Must have been targeted systematically since he moved to us from Birmingham then. I'd imagine this instance would have been a while ago if it's now in the courts so can't be linked to recent dips. 

 

For what it's worth he's looked half dece until last match.

Read the story but didn't register fully it was March.......last year. 

 

Traumatic thing to have to go thro but his performances have definitely picked up recently, seems to be getting his confidence back.

Exactly my thoughts. What the hell has it got to do with anything she was naked.

Upsetting for all of them obviously but the standard of reporting in such papers is terrible.

Was he let out on early release? Was sentenced to almost three years in August 2017

That’s the way our sentencing laws work - it is incredibly rare that anyone serves their actual custodial sentence. If they plead guilty you can easily halve the sentence (at least). Even if you go to trial and are found guilty, the lack of prison space means you’re unlikely to serve more than two thirds. 
 

Ive just finished reading ‘The Secret Barrister: Stories of the Law and How it’s Broken’ - I’d fully recommend it if you’re in anyway interested in the criminal justice system. A real eye opener.

Pretty much the same type of incident in Leicester as reported in todays LM.

 

 Robbed her whilst she was in bed but doesn't say if she was naked.

My understanding is that you still serve your sentence (3 years in this case), it's just that only part of the sentence will be served in Prison and the rest will be on license.

Yes you're right - as far as I understand it when you are released from your custodial sentence you spend the remainder with some form of restriction (electronic tag, curfews etc). I should have specified 'custodial sentence'.

Gray constantly seems to get himself in bother in Birmingham. Been bailed out by some big time boys a few times.
