He is 6'3, super composed on the ball and very quick. He is the type of signing we would make. Only 19 years old as well

Surely we can outbid Milan.

Smack €20m on the table, loan them Diabate/Ghezzal to sweeten the deal. Puel is their boss so sure he'd love a reunion

ASSE claims at least € 30 million for Wesley Fofana

The Italian press did not fail to highlight the strong interest of AC Milan in recent months in Fofana. According to our information, a sum of 18 M € has already been offered by the Lombard club, but has been politely refused by ASSE. Milan, who know the player's potential, seems ready to go up to € 30m, a sum claimed by the Greens' management.

Therefore, a surprise could come from Leicester. The English club, which is fighting for a place in the Champions League next season, has great ambitions and has also detected the enormous potential of the Stéphanois defensive rock. According to our information, a first offer close to € 20 million could quickly emanate from the management of Leicester to try to convince Saint-Étienne.

But the case promises to be complicated. Claude Puel has unfailing admiration and confidence in Wesley Fofana and declared him quite simply untransferable. In addition, his recent contract extension until June 2024 places the Forézien club in a strong position in the transfer window. Anyway, the player's value should soar, especially after his sparkling performance against PSG. The battle is probably only just beginning.

This us the kind of signing we should be targeting but we need to act fast in these cases. We can spend the whole window convincing a player to move then they go elsewhere.
