That's a shit rule.  They are saying on BT that if he had deliberately gone for the ball and brought him down, it would have been a yellow. But an accidental clip is a red.

Stupid in this case, odd how an accidental trip would have more of a punishment than if Luiz had cleaned him whilst attempting to get the ball.

He's just said Arsenal have a one goal lead still, earlier he said it was 1 - 1 in the other game after the opening goal. There was a moment he almost seemed to notice both times and could have just corrected himself and nobody would have cared.

 

Just steamrolled through both times lol

More as in any attempt at playing the ball would mean it's limited at a yellow, but an accidental clip makes it a red.
