Yes I’m sure you’re right, we’ve been linked before.

Last summer, though it didn't sound serious. Seem to remember @Ric Flair doing some serious promotion of him.

13.5m is a steal. Good player, who will be better in this league for his previous experience.  This would enhance our team/squad without breaking the bank.

13.5. What's wrong with him? Only 27 and born the same day as Brendan. The stars have aligned. Finally.:scarf:

He has been jaw dropping for Marseille up to 2018/19 in terms of goals and assists, probably the most devastating winger in Europe that season. No idea how badly this injury will have effected him and he's previous for bwing the pits in this country but at that price it's got to be pursued.

Ric was it you who has mentioned maybe championed this fella in the past?

@RoyFox was the main champion of him last summer but I was in agreement, he was the stand out right winger from the main European leagues in terms of goals and assists. 27 goal contributions in 37 games, madness.

Yet he was utterly underwhelming at Newcastle with a dreadful attitude.

He most certainly was but at the price he's supposedly available at and his track record since then he'd have to be a serious option.

Yes they were runners-up.They are coached by Andre Villas-Boas (remember him!) and are having somewhat of a renaissance.

He'll surely fancy a crack at the CL with them then and walk away for free next summer.

Encouraging to hear your endorsement, particularly given your knowledge of European football.
