urban.spaceman Posted 19 August 2020 Share Posted 19 August 2020 TMW - Atalanta-Thauvin, contatti continui. There are Leicester and Aston Villa, the figures There are hours of waiting for Atalanta regarding the Florian Thauvin track, an offensive winger owned by Olympique Marseille, with contacts between the parties that are recent and that, in short, could also lead to a solution of the case, in one way or in the other. For the Frenchman, the destination is welcome, the idea of a five-year tease but for now the figures are still low to think of an agreement. Read on after the ad INSERTIONS BY LEICESTER AND ASTON VILLA - In the last few hours the two Premier League teams have taken a strong interest in the player, but the idea is to play the Champions League next season. So it would seem two situations still far from being able to lead to a robbery. On the other hand, however, there is also the possibility that he will stay another year at Olympique Marseille to conquer the European Championship and then, in a year, choose his own destination. RATING WHICH GOES DOWN? The demands of the OM - which it is trying to extend, but there are no margins at the moment - have reached 15 million. The gap is also there with a possible offer from Atalanta, oriented downwards. In short, the good conclusion of the deal is far from simple. peach0000 Posted 19 August 2020 Share Posted 19 August 2020 (edited) So basically we are interested but are behind Atalanta in the race because he wants champions league football. Also says he's likely to stay at Marseille and leave on a free next season instead. Just a loose translation though. Edit - Much better translation above Edited 19 August 2020 by peach0000

moore_94 Posted 19 August 2020 Share Posted 19 August 2020 Missed the entire season with an injury, however if he has recovered well from it he would be an absolutely quality signing
Ric Flair Posted 19 August 2020 Share Posted 19 August 2020 @RoyFox would blow a gasket if we got Thauvin. I'd love to see him here, we must stand a chance of getting him as we'd pay £100k a week given we'd get him for under £20m and that will be double what he'd get at Atalanta and Marseille.

Grebfromgrebland Posted 19 August 2020 Share Posted 19 August 2020 This ain't happening. I hear that he really admires John McGinn and wants to link up with him if he can't get champions league football. Plus his wife really likes coleshill.
