jeffschlupp Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 £27m for Gosens would be an absolute bargain. 4

Leicester_Loyal Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Is Gosens good then? I don't watch Italian football and only saw one of Atalantas CL games post lockdown.
Harry96 Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Gosens would be class but he’s more of a wing back

Popular Post StriderHiryu Posted 25 August 2020 Popular Post Posted 25 August 2020 (edited) Gosens would IMO be even better than Tagliafico because he's 26 years old, and was the best left wing back in Serie A by miles. He might not be a "traditional" left-back but he could easily learn to play in our system. As others have said, him and Riccy P would be ridiculous. Edited 25 August 2020 by StriderHiryu 6 1
AjcW Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 If we sign Joe Bryan my Bristol City mate will die happy and never let me live it down
peach0000 Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Gosens has been insane every time I've watched Atalanta play. Would have him even over tagliafico and Telles personally Bryan not so much

Leicester_Loyal Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Cheers, genuinely never even heard of him really. I look forward to signing Bryan anyhow. 4
Stevosevic Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Any starter from Atlanta would be a welcome addition. Bryan however....

I look forward to signing Bryan anyhow. Atalanta are a criminally underrated team, despite their Champions League heroics. Even in the preseason friendly against us last season (during which they were behind us fitness wise), you could see their class. The reason why Gosens would be so good is a bit like Riccy P, he is an incredibly creative full back / wing back. I would go as far as saying that Ricardo is often times our most creative player, despite playing as a Right-Back. Chilwell is a solid player, but offensively he's not the same sort of threat as Ricardo. Imagine having two deadly full backs like Liverpool do... it would take our team to another level! 10
VLC86 Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Got to be honest I can’t see us attracting him, would love to be proved wrong. 1

Dodgy centre backs and a couple of solid if not spectacular Centre Mids, I wouldn’t swap Ricky P for Hateboer either and probably not Golini for Kasper but otherwise pretty much this.

Yep that's what I would have though too. Tagliafico I could just about see happening because at 28 he probably has one big move left, and if we are prepared to offer him 60-80k, that would be a 6-8x increase on what he's currently on. Money talks! Gosens I would have thought would be on the radar of every team in Europe, including Man City, Barcelona, PSG, etc. He is that good. But then again, Ricardo joined "little" Leicester City so who knows? I am sure we'd pay more than Atalanta and they might be unable to refuse a 30-40m Euro offer for him given they are financing a new stadium.
Fightforever Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Him and barnes on one side and ricardo and thuavin on the other. Footballing pornography right there 3
CosbehFox Posted 25 August 2020 Posted 25 August 2020 Bryan we’ve been watching for a long time. Gosens, it was thought was off Juve
