But some players are ready, some aren’t. It’s not as straight forward as youre making it sound. 

A player will progress best playing at their current level. For AA that happened to be the premier league, for George hirst that would be league 1/2.  It’s all about assessing each individual case. 
 

For Luke Thomas a full season of games 

In the championship would be better for his development than 3/4 cup or emergency cover apps. 
 

Look at rising stars that leave to a big club and never play and waste their talent, it’s the same thing. Scott Sinclair would have continued to improve if he stayed at Swansea, who knows how good he could have been.

You are right some perhaps are not ready or never will be. We tend to forget though that any pro footballer who reaches 20 is already a highly trained and experienced player especially with a premiership club. Its not the technique we should worry about its coping with the pressure and the only way to do that is to experience it.

I LOVE the name Harry Kate!  It sounds like some sort of obscure insult that no one really understands but no one is willing to ask about the actual meaning.

I was so happy when we signed Inler, loved him at Napoli, barely played 2 games worth in the league for us lol

Helped us get an important point against man city at a crucial time. For that Inler was worth having.... compared to the other names at least

How can anyone have a “Sat on the Bench” 11 and not have Conrad Logan in goal? Or is he even on the bench for the sat on the bench 11
