On Loan 2020/21

Recommended Posts

You are right some perhaps are not ready or never will be. We tend to forget though that any pro footballer who reaches 20 is already a highly trained and experienced player especially with a premiership club. Its not the technique we should worry about its coping with the pressure and the only way to do that is to experience it.

I remember us having two loanees who looked a bit lightweight and didn't impress........turned out to be decent players did Harry Kate and Jessie Lingard.

Not intending to belittle anyone for a typo, as we all make them, but...

I LOVE the name Harry Kate!  It sounds like some sort of obscure insult that no one really understands but no one is willing to ask about the actual meaning.

Or a royal family wife swap. Wouldn't that be something, given current circumstances.

They will put a brass plaque on the Rotherham bench saying "George Hirst sat here for hours and hours and hours". Must be the most pointless loan of all time. Let me edit that Benko's loan has been even worse , he is not playing at all.

I was so happy when we signed Inler, loved him at Napoli, barely played 2 games worth in the league for us lol

Helped us get an important point against man city at a crucial time. For that Inler was worth having.... compared to the other names at least
