Thought Vic looked great when he was with us. Even was with the first team at times

Rotherham played on Saturday and Tuesday.   After tonight's game, they don't play until Sunday.  Crazy fixture congestion.

I think they had quite a few games postponed due to a Covid outbreak

Matty James and KDH are both playing well, so in the squad next season? Neither are going to need another loan. Matty gets along very well with Rodgers apparently. Only other loanee doing OK in the championship is Josh Knight in a pretty poor team. A few interesting decisions for these three soon. Matty is still a class player so don't write him off yet.

James doesn't seem to be able to cope physically with prem football, he had a loan before played every week, came back to us and got injured again, he did earn his last contract in that time though

True, but at the moment he seems fine and he has very miles on the clock. Mendy, who I rate, might want to move on to get more starts . Matty , I' m sure would be happy on the bench for anytime Wilf is unavailable.

I wouldnt give Matty James another penny after the last 6 years his dodgy knees have fleeced from us. Good player in the Championship undoubtely but that 4 year contract extension for someone with his injury record was an absolute disgrace. Wish him luck for the future though and hope he can stay fit for his next club.

There was an article not long ago and he was diagnosed with kidney stones which led to infection and hospitalisation on top of coming back from a horrible injury. I think contract extension was just the club standing by him, on a human level.
