He really is a tit. Seen him a few times. Knows the law but deliberately provokes to get his content. Then acts a victim when people tell him to f**k off.

It’s okay I left a comment on that video…that’ll tell him :D

Very beautiful and in good taste. The same for all of the art around Seagrave that I've seen in photos.

It is all very nice but why can't we have some around the stadium where us plebs can see them?

Was thinking the same. Would look great at the stadium and somewhat celebrates the clubs heritage.

Possibly with the stadium renovation? If its still happening? Art is always the last thing that gets installed.

What are the current rules around infrastructure spending and PSR? Could the club buy this land and develop a dedicated training centre for the women’s team then sell Belvoir Drive for housing development for profit?

Why would we not just sell Belvoir drive for housing, and move the women's team to seagrave?

Forget the land buying bit. Save some money.

Seagrave was purpose built for the men’s team and academy, I imagine there would be a lot of work needed to move the women’s set up in?

Personally I would prefer to keep them separate and not compromise on the men’s facilities. Belvoir Drive was already a huge leap for the women’s team and wouldn’t need tape thing as big as Seagrave; a smaller, dedicated facility but on the same site might be better all round.

A good answer to my question.

I'd always assumed there would already be room for the women's team at Seagrave

They're going to buy it and build a large scale viewing deck for training sessions.

- From £15 a ticket for a 30 minute viewing.

- Binoculars not included - £20 per visit (cannot bring your own, will be shot on entry if found in possession)

- Category A days (before match days) £30 a ticket

*nb - all tickets digital, clive and karen can piss off

The Club should definitely buy it regardless of what they use it for.

Though it does seem a perfect fit for moving the Womens setup to there.

Giving us a much bigger overall site which makes the whole site more valuable into the future.

I'm certain there have been rumours to move them in so that the club could sell Belvoir Drive for housing but I can't remember where I read it.

Which would make us a much bigger profit for when we have to sell it to ourselves a few times to get round PSR
