Type in bbc player on either smart TVs or phone computer etc. And then it asks you to sign up. Takes couple of minutes. It’s just the bbc catch up service but they are showin* live cup games. 
 

if you have sky you can watch it on 981. Free view 601. Virgin 991 frees at 981
