He's basically given up. This isn't good for Test cricket. I feel sorry for their bowlers, they have worked so hard in all 3 Tests.

Bowlers are good but these pitches in the west indies must've been horrible.

England continue to make a lot of reactionary people look silly. Myself included, I didn't see that bowling effort coming. Could be a huge pyschological blow losing this, even if they shown more resilience then England did at Edgbaston.

Their bowling attack is really good. Batting is awful.

Can Windies bat for 2 more days, show some Jadeja-style grit and then some

246 overs left in the match. 178 runs so 0.72 per over!! Impossible is nothing!

That is horrible, whatever the pitch is like.

Honestly not even that bad. Both teams have good bowling line ups, and the pink ball was moving a lot. Windies just missed a lot of straight ones.

Archer, Wood, Robinson, Atkinson, Carse, Stone(?), Tongue(?)

That should be enough pace and strength on hard decks.

Robinson is low in the pecking order due to fitness and work rate but is useful when 100%.

Stone is done at test level now, his back won't hold up at test level.

Personally think we need a go to left arm option like Hull or Payne.

Appreciate the update.

If we can take a left armer for another option along with four or five of the ones I've mentioned, that would hopefully do the trick.

Dawson added to the squad....

I think that's the right pick, it's barely spun all series so having him at 8 gives us the option to drop Woakes and potentially play 3 out and out quicks or Cook. Also he's a very good one day bowler so he'll be fine if they try and get after him I think.

Certainly adds more with that bat than Bashir too.
