He’s gone then.

BUT, he probably is on the way out as Ramadone has already hinted as much earlier.

I think one thing the club has got wrong, and why we were only playing at matching the big six, is we never brought in players that dislodged the first eleven.

You look at the top six, they don't buy fringe players, or players with potential, they buy top players who immediately challenge the current incumbents.

BR guilty of this, and those before BR.

We might not have had funds immediately after we won the league, but it was a mentality of we can't dislodge the first eleven. Look how well the top six clubs do exactly that, and ultimately move on quality, e.g. Sterling, Jesus as examples. You buy bench players, that's what you get.

I was very much Rodgers In, but now he seems disinterested and unwilling to change, plus his ridiculous comments, I’m very much Rodgers Out.

I can't imagine there are very many Rodgers In people left to be honest

The damage has already been done….. Brendan is being backed and supported by most media outlets. He has spent the last few months saying the club haven’t backed him, he has also been throwing players under the bus and isolating potentially expensive assets to satisfy his ego, and he has directly insulted the fans too.

The guys is going to walk away from this Scott free because he “highlighted that the club needed a refresh, and they didn’t back him”. He has done nothing but belittle the club and it’s policies recently, and this will not go unnoticed. Managers will not look at Leicester and think they won’t fancy the job due to the “unfair” treatment Brendan has subjected to.

He won't.  The people running clubs are billionaires.  They and their advisors are much smarter than Brendan Rodger.  Hes just a bang average , gobby football coach, who talks a lot of crap, and half the time contradicts himself. Of course Rodgers will get jobs again, but unless he's able to really deliver over a sustained period, no big club will touch him. He's too risky.

Watching back our two goals today. Tielemans, Daka, Kelechi, Barnes all four players every relegated team over the last 20 years would love to have had one of them. Add to that Maddison, Vardy, Evans and Ndidi. Justin, Castagne. The quality is there. Right there. He can’t get a tune out of them.

Yeah, but look at the side which we got relegated with 20 years ago. You wouldn't mind having Taggart, Elliott, Rowett and Sinclair in this defence. Or Izzet and Savage in midfield. Or Dickov up front. Or even Impey and Piper out wide. We all scoffed at the idea that that team, which had been in the top four until just a few months earlier, and had won a League Cup a year before that, could possibly go down. But we did, and we could this time round.

We won't fix this problem simply by getting rid of Brendan. It may well help, because he seems to be publicly undermining the squad's self-belief. But we've been in this position, convinced that all we need is a change, many times before.

This is where I’m at too, yesterday was an absolute shambles of the highest order. Time to go

He had us paying some amazing football early on, it was breathtaking at times. But we never pushed on we just bottled everything all bar a miracle FA cup win.

He's done here, he knows it , we all know it .

I still can't believe how bad he has destroyed the club. Our defence is championship and I'm afraid that's where were heading.

Peak stringer would have been camped outside Seagrave. Starting to miss the old boy.

Exactly correct.

NP used to say he wouldn’t sign a player unless they improve the first 11. This is what screwed Peter Taylor and what has screwed BR. I’d rather sign 1 quality player than 3 crap players (Vestergaard, Bertrand, Perez). This ‘squad’ player rubbish never works

Love NP to pieces this isn’t true though.

GTF, Dean Hammond first that come to mind. There’s value in player like Bertrand he just had appalling ability and aptitude. And Rodgers can’t smell that out. Cos how can a bullshitter call someone else’s bullshit.

1250 pages and still he sits in the hot seat, I wonder if we’ll make it to 2000 before he is sacked.

I won't make it I can tell you that now!

Nothing is destroyed, we don't have a championship defence on paper at all. Stop being so dramatic.
