That Kulusevski guy looks class. Seen him play a few times for them and he's really effective. Been a good addition for Spurs as has Bentancur.

Agree. Plus Romero at CB looks a top class defender who is also great on the ball.

Didn't the scout at Chelsea say they signed Drinkwater for the homegrown quota or something

Hes got a history of signing terrible players. Morata, Barkley, the list goes on.

A lot of them are only “loans” For admin purposes, late in the transfer window. 
 

Also Kulusevski is there all next season too unfortunately
