How’s that not a foul for the equaliser! Similar to vardy in 5-3 win where he won the first penalty. Though that was a foul too!

If that nudge from Vardy against Wolves where he got a yellow for booting the ball away after was a foul then that on McAteer definitely was!

I get confused why we have so many different age groups. Seem to have u16, u18 and u23 leagues. Then a random u17 cup

Basically to try and ensure that 17 year olds who are not featuring in the U18s fixtures continue to get some game time as there is no game programme for U17s

Shame it's on the same night as the first team, I'd pay £3 happily

....it is hard to understand of all the time to play the game, would be the same time as the first team!!!

I have noticed this has happened with the Leicester Tigers and the Football team, irrespective if one club is playing away the game will be played at the same time like a Friday night.

Is this a revenue grab by the clubs or are there new rules in play that I am unaware of. You would have thought that they would try to avoid fixtures over lapping, so they could pickup supporters of both sports.

If this is a prelude to Monday Night games all over again, then great, but we no longer get to watch the U23s and it would be good to see them play, just not at the same time as the First Team.

I think its just our standard time for the U23 matches isn't it? What I don't get is why of all the matches that they could have chosen to fixture at King Power, they went for this one!

....well it is Derby and there is a local rivalry so they perhaps expected a reasonable crowd!!!

The ticket pricing is great, these are Family Night Football 2000  prices, the weird thing when you pitch a price too low is, the perception is that what you are selling is not worth buying.

After our club suddenly pulling the live coverage of U23 games last winter onwards, maybe they are finding new ways to deter our fans from watching the U23's and making nasty comments on the internet.

...do you believe the decision would have come all the way from the Chairman or from the lower level managers!!!

Do you believe they were right to pull the live coverage, or are the detractors at fault for bringing to the attention an element within the club that was clearly failing and needed to be addressed.

I would suspect that there were no abuse coming from supporters watching the U23s , therefore I would suggest the outpouring of dissatisfaction was via the internet and are we to blame for this dilemma.

I have no issue if the club decide to pull the coverage....but equally, you don't solve issues by ignoring them.

Thankfully the club do finally appear to be addressing the issue of the style of coaching and play within the U23s (better late than never!) but surely you cant criticise people on a Fans Forum for voicing an opinion....isn't that the whole point of a discussion forum?

Suspect the fixture was always set on a Monday and then Sky moved our game for television. Some clubs prefer to have their U23s post first team game.

Makes sense to have an u23 game immediately after a first team game, as you know who needs minutes, and anyone who might be in contention for the first team will likely be able to play in the first team's next game if needed.

City were due to host the Rams tonight but a number of positive Covid-19 tests in the Derby camp means the fixture will be rescheduled.
