Missed the Newcastle game due to the Rona, couldn’t be bothered to come in for Liverpool as I expected our defence to totally be overrun :blush: Today was the day I had penned in for my return. 
 

Coalville are away at Rushall so I’m off to Burton v Crewe for my NYD football fix.

Sutton United into the automatic promotion places in League Two - superb, had them down for relegation!

Paid £18 to go and watch Burton play Crewe today with our game off

 

Finished 4-1 to Burton, some decent end to end football and some good goals!

 

Crewe scored a 25 yard rocket into the top corner and one of Burton’s was a 20 yard looping volley

They sold their allocation around 2800 and there wasn’t many empty seats, so not many missed the game.

Switched off Soccer Saturday at half-time with Doncaster 3-0 up at Morecambe. They lost 4-3 lol 

 

Massive club Sheffield Wednesday lost again, surely to the delight of @Fox92? ;)

I loved Harry Pearson's take on this in The Far Corner.

haha tbh I'm not bothered about them considering we're not in the same league so I'd like to see them go up.

 

It was Sheffield United that have annoyed me more recently due to being in the same league lol

Only just caught up with the League Two table for the first time in months, have Sutton got some money behind them or is it just well ran? I know it’s not unheard of to see clubs rocket through League Two after promotion (see: Luton, Wimbledon etc.) but this is their first year in the Football League right?

Should have been sent off early. Scores and winds up the Sunderland manager. Eventually bags a hat trick. Lee Johnson sent off in the last minute. 🤣
