On moving back to Leicester from London in 2004, I excitedly bought my first season ticket.

 

I thought we'd been a bit unlucky to be relegated from the Premier League, and would come storming back under Micky Adams with shrewd signings of Dion Dublin, Jason Wilcox and Martin Keown... I was convinced there were going to be sell outs most weeks and I might not be able to get a ticket otherwise...

On the day Claudio became our manager in July 2015 I said 'well that's us relegated then'.

Biggest mistake I remember was Harry Kane. I remember playing Brighton away in 2012/13 and watching him waddling around saying 'Hes absolutely awful'.

How his career went after, Id never of expected in a million years after watching him.

Didn't help that we played him as a winger and had Lloyd, who was a winger, on the bench.

It’s my fault JJ Barnes we’re injured during their prime. Me and the mrs were discussing the euro’s and the England squad and I was convinced both JJ and Barnes would get a call up I lumped 100 quid on it. Woulda returned like a grand. They were both out for the season 2 weeks after them at net I think. I cost us top four lads and ladies.

I remember being at the Leeds game back when Nalis scored his sexy volley.

 

Bloke next to me was always a bit of a doom merchant, as Nalis ran to hit it he shouted “noooooooooo”, and then he hit it as he was shouting “nooooooo” so in the end he was shouting “nooooooooooeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas”.

 

I could have written a book of his comments, unfortunately he is no longer with us, but it always uses to make me laugh….

 

Every free kick, counter attack or corner the opposition had he would always shout “here comes the goal”.
