Quiz! - Name all LCFC goalscorers at the King Power Stadium

Hey everyone,

 

As it's 20 years this year since the opening of our stadium, I've made a Sporcle Quiz with every goalscorer for LCFC in competitive games in its history. This will be a brutal test of your memory, whilst giving you a chance to reminisce about the last two decades and all the great players who've bagged for us.

 

If I've counted correctly, there are 137 - the most recent being two weeks ago against Randers. They're listed in alphabetical order (by surname) with the game they first scored a HOME goal given as a hint.

 

Hopefully there aren't any mistakes or omissions, but if you spot something that looks wrong let me know! I'll keep it updated as new goalscorers add their names to the list.

 

Obviously it's home goals only. So players like Luke Thomas, who has scored away but not at home, are not included.

 

It's only competitive games, so goals in friendlies don't count.

 

There are 20 minutes available, so a good idea is to start by spamming as many names as you can, and then try to pick off the more obscure ones.

I was quite pleased to get 66% - missed 2 players from last year’s squad, otherwise like a lot of others it’s basically 2004-7 which threw me as it’s a game of scratching around trying to remember players we signed from Hearts.

Yep. Mid 00s are erased from memory unless called upon.

Eh?  How the heck are people scoring so highly?

 

I remember that Barnes scored on Saturday…. Beyond that it’s simply not information i retain…

I was terrible, i could see players in my head and their first names but for the life of me couldnt get their surname. I could see the mighty Steve Howard and his bullet header but couldnt get Steve Martin out of my mind lol

Hate quizzes like this.... my mind instantly goes to the obscure and then nearly forget the obvious. I think I got Darren Kenton and Collins John before the likes of Mahrez!! Also missed some of the current squad as spent too long trying to remember the name of fricking Matt Heath
