Wheels or Doors

My car has 4 wheels and 4 doors. They cancel each other out.

Thought this debate got sorted. It’s obviously doors. I question the intelligence of anyone thick enough to state wheels.

Well there's more wheels than doors in my home at the moment. There's about six suit cases, two office chairs and a portable radiator all with wheels. If we're counting them then every draw in the house has wheels in.

Doors I reckon, but the debate goes way beyond cars. 

What about all the bicycles and all the different machines with wheels in as well.

In my relatively small house if you consider every door no matter how small, on the kids dolls house, all the cupboards, walk through doors etc there must be over 50 doors on my property alone. But then there are a lot of wheels in the world. Strange and interesting one, can't imagine there's any way of actually knowing.

The largest manufacturer of tyres in the world, is Lego. Google it.

 

You've all underestimated the amount of Lego wheels if you reckon the answer is doors.

Steering wheel, spare wheel, does the volume knob count as a wheel? Fly wheel

 

Also any draw or sliding door is going to have those little wheels. Castors. Toy cars. Bicycles/scooters/mopeds etc. Definitely going for wheels

If we are using a broad definition then probably wheels.  An awful lot of things have wheels.  In your kitchen for example you have doors of course, but every drawer likely has 2 wheels.  Sliding wardrobe doors have more than one each.  Cars and usually 5 wheels and 5 doors, but a 3 door car still has 4/5 wheels.  My home definitely has more wheels than doors.

This is basically it.

 

I find that essentially, the better someone is at divergent thinking, the more likely someone is to say wheels. Because there's wheels in far more forms with far more uses than doors once you start thinking less obviously. 

 

That said, my friend made me laugh when he said it'd be a different question in December because of all the advent calendars.
