Jaspa Posted 22 October 2022 Posted 22 October 2022 New manager will take a while to establish himself, if he ever does. Everything about Brighton suggests they're moving in the right direction though, even if losing Potter at this stage is a setback they've been paid well, so they shouldn't be in danger and have another chance to grow back up.

Potter was the glue that held that together. Not seen much recently that suggests they are in a good spot. Last season scoring goals was their big issue, and right now they are in a similar predicament. I think they are going to have a tough mid season.

They’ve been paid well so they should be safe? If only it took £5-6m to guarantee safety.Â
Corky Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Oh look, Gary Neville and Roy Keane in a heated debate for the cameras and clicks.

They have money in the bank, aren't crippled by wages yet and as their squad has demonstrated this season they're a capable outfit who know what to do on the pitch collectively. Brighton might slink down to mid-table losing Potter, but then we'll see if the new manager scouting was correct. 1

Finnegan Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Arsenal and Liverpool can both absolutely fvck off. 3 1
Cincinnati Fox Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Southampton look total shite. but then have 20 mins looking ok and grab a result.
David Hankey Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 What a strange game football is. Vanilla winning 4-0 after they've dumped their manager and LCFC doing the same by keeping theirs.
Phenom Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Imagine getting rid of Bielsa to hire Ted Lasso.

cruzFOX Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Thats the only bummer to a good sunday is we could have climbed 2 more spots if other results went the way they should have. I hope we can get a point against city. Might be too much to ask for a shock win.Â
EastAnglianFox Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 I am actually impressed by Newcastle given how still distinctly average their squad is. Â Much more solid and always a threat on the break. Fair play to Howe as I didn't really rate him. 1
foxfanazer Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Have Wilces just given up on getting a new manager now? Seems like Lage was sacked ages ago
