Hopefully watching Tielemans still in a Leicester shirt AND back to his best.

Harvey Barnes having a phenomenal season.

Maddison playing even better.

And Fofana becoming one of the best CB’s in the world

Hopefully a player from the youth team can break through into the squad regularly, Wright, nelson, alves or braybrooke seem most likely at the minute as all have gone to France.

Having a fully fit squad and actually seeing what they can do as a team is a big one for me. Consistency is always key and something we lacked massively last season, due to injuries.

Certainly looking forward to see Madderz play and hoping he can beat his goals and assists records and also Luke Thomas to see how he performs in his 2nd season.

  1. A better prepared squad with an actual summer break / semi-normal pre-season
  2. A fighting chance of playing our first 11 every week
  3. A better bedded in Patson Daka
  4. An absence of obvious excuses if things go south. With the obvious challenge to this if we make no signings, as that'll be the excuse.
  5. My continued delusion that this is not Vardy's last season, he has at least 2 more in him.

We start the season with a top class legendary centre forward an exciting skilful flair player in the no.10 shirt a cool as ice CB with maturity beyond his years and a gobby dude who makes unbvelievable insctinctive saves and challenges the sh***ness of refs on a regular basis. How many more summers will we be able to say that?

We take things for granted, I got goose bumps last season whenever Vardy "did his thing", we're watching a living legend still doing it and boy did we miss him when he was out injured. The fact that Wes's injury was so impactful (combined with others and others losing form) says everything about his presence and Madders, free of injury and full of confidence is a joy to watch, playing with a smile on his face, anyone too exciting for Southgate is welcome in our team.

A right winger on the same level as Madison, Youri and Harvey would be the missing piece, I'd settle for K DH taking Youri's role if need be, we need someone on the right who looks a goal threat every time he plays and looks like hurting the opposition every time he plays but as I said let's look at what we do have, nothing is forever.

This is exactly my thoughts. We have some great players who some seem to take for granted. When all fit, we have a great side which can match anyone on the day, the likes of Fofana, Madders, Vardy would walk into any other side in the league. As you rightly say, a right winger with a goal threat like Harvey has would make the world of difference.

A poor season but seeing the wage bill slashed so we can regroup again , hopefully  in the premier league , then the Thais will see the wood for the trees

Hopefully Pereira stays injury free and is on form, there’s a case that he’s our best player when he’s on it
