Man City have spent a lot of money so have other teams like Chelsea Man Utd even Everton to a point and it doesn’t guarantee success you still have to buy the right players and click as a team. The problem for everyone else now is Man City probably only need 1 or 2 players a season to keep up with how they are doing and still win everything
