Sometimes it is about professionalism and that is what we seem to lack. we get a goal back but we can't keep hold of the ball, can't clear our lines. At times we just seem to lack the know-how to compete for a full 90 minutes.

Our standards aren’t high enough. 
 

This is totally unacceptable. 
 

Last week was totally unacceptable. 
 

The last 18 months, has been totally unacceptable. 
 

That’s largely on the players, however the Manager has a large part to play in that as it is his ethos and discipline that should run through the team. 
 

We’re not crisp or sharp enough, we need to cut some people loose unfortunately.
