LestaAl Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 The club which I have supported for over 50 years is bottom of the league. - why?
tickler28 Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 We are bottom and I have to say I think we are the worst team in this league and deserve to be there....prove me wrong lads 3
Getin Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 Why ? = Rudkin our so called Director of Football whose entire job is maximising performance and has failed in every aspect over the last 2 seasons. 2
Paninistickers Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 We've undoubtedly been the worst team.since the WC restart But saints winning tonight ain't gonna relegate us. We've got to pick up in order to stay up anyways. We get 11/12 points,.then we should be ok regardless of Arsenal's implosion

Free Falling Foxes Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 I could quite easily weep looking at that table.
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 Brendan didn't have a care in the world, he'd clocked off when Leicester got rid of Congerton. His attitude was when lost.... we'd be alright.....move on to the next game 🙄 1
Getin Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 We could achieve something I don’t think any other team has achieved our men’s, women’s and under 21’s all relegated in the same season. now there’s a record that will take some beating! 1
lcfcdamo Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 Sorry to say that the board and top have got us relegated its all on then not getting rid of rodgers ages ago

Leicesterpool Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 Been no real leadership all season, Kasper going was the final nail. Brendan over the last year just been going through the motions until he got his pay off to go. 3

Leicesterpool Posted 21 April 2023 Posted 21 April 2023 What moment in season do you think the call should have been made, what result should have been Rodgers last game in charge instead of Palace game at the start of the month?

Southampton it was clear, OK we missed a couple of chances, but nothing in that game made me think after we went 1-0 down we were going to come back. That was still late, but a month more would of gave us Brentford 1 game care taker, an a new manager in for Palace who had 2 weeks to work with the squad. I would of preferred we'd have just got rid of him though in September when he started having a moan and allowing the rot to set in. Edited 21 April 2023 by Beachyboy

Chelsea away. To lose a game where the opposition had a man sent off with over an hour left with it being 0-0 at the time was scandalous.

It was Southampton for me. That was a ust win and an opportunity to kick on, and all round he failed. Should have gone given us the international break to sort things out 1

When I look back I wonder how he survived after... Brighton and Spurs....11 goals against back to back Southampton home or away. Blackburn in the Cup, the first 60 mins were horrendous. Forest away. However, I think he should have gone last season after the 4-1 Cup defeat at Forest. Rodgers sent out a weakened side including Ward in goal, Forest were flying in the Championship, we were Cup holders, away from home against our biggest rivals, and he failed the test miserably and came out with the revamp comment to deflect away from his own failings Edited 21 April 2023 by SK3Blue 2
