What happened to all the water polo they used to post endlessly on their socials? Rodgers ban it because he's too small to play and would need armbands?

Should be ok, most turds float on the surface.

The energy bills must be astronomical

You'd hope given the state of the art design process they will of future proofed it using some form of renewable energy, I don't see a sh*t load of solar panels anywhere though.....if that's not the case they have missed a trick.

Plenty of spare pitches to put them in.

You'd hope they've got some Heat pumps in there somewhere.

Do they still do tours? Asking for a friend …

We produced Peter Shilton whilst we trained on Bradgate Park, now we have a top class  training ground and can't come up with a decent keeper prospect. It's not rocket science, take big athletic young lads(and lasses) with fast reflexes and a strong mental attitude and coach them intensively weeding out the ones who don't come up to scratch. Seems a keeper can't get into our first team nowadays till they are twenty five, if they are good enough they are old enough should be our mantra.

1 of the most baffling things on foxestalk is how often people question whether the training ground is a major part of the reason we’re now a bit crap

I'd say 100 million quid's worth of money that could and should have been spent on the team is a very good reason we are now crap.

£100m most likely would have been spent on overpriced duds from euro leagues on high wages and long contracts that we now can't get rid of.

At least with Seagrave we have something to show for it.

I know somebody who went down there to ask what is going on with the standards of training. The person he spoke to was there as part of the meet and greet team said can you come back in an hour, its 4 frames all with a best of 10 and there is a tenner on it.

Nothing to do with where we train.

If the team have lost that togetherness we have had in the past, maybe the new training gound is part of the problem. This is football after all, not a science academy.

Togetherness is about people and leadership, very rarely about places or buildings.

I do not get fans who aren't happy that we've spent 100M on some genuine long-term infrastructure as opposed to a few more Ayoze Perez's.

With the quality of facilities we have now our youth and development teams alone should be enough to get us back out of the Championship soon...

Not help by a global pandemic and social distancing?

However is still about people, not he place.

People not spending time together is easily sorted by leadership and management.

Tell him to jump in at the deep end and Ward will catch him!
