Idk, I'm as interested as ever (wouldn't be sat waiting for the news if I wasn't) but defeats just don't bother me any more. Used to be they'd ruin my evening, now it's acceptance, frustrated until I'm out the ground and home then I just forget about it.

The Roma defeat was the final straw for me and it really exhausted my emoticons and frustration.

The 2 seasons of failed champions league qualification was the first hint of it. We just feel away at the end of those seasons and the way we fell away was surprising and disappointing.

It wasn't so much the result at Roma but the performance. It was an example of the whole season. Alongside the fact that it was the second European Cup to be knocked out of where we just failed to turn up.

These performances have been happening for a few years now and what we are experiencing now is the pure dregs of the barrel.

I liked Rodgers and wanted him to succeed but he really needs to go and not be greedy like Fofana.

I was there in Rome, and there against Forest, but the final straw for me was losing to Southampton at home this season.

It used to be an unhealthy obsession but relegation to League One was kind of the worst thing that could conceivably happen, so once I got over that nothing can possibly hit me the way that did again.

If we got relegated this season, I'd be worried for the financial health of the club as we're now much more dependant on Premier League money in a way we've never been before, even in 2000-2004, but as far as our stature in the game goes, it'd just be more of the same, it's happened plenty of times before.

After years of ups and downs you think you're immune to it , but mates will be shocked when I state I want rodgers gone...now we've all got mates/work colleagues who reckon they support their team (manu , arse etc) and they'll say but HE won you the fa cup....nope the name in the cup is leicester city not brendan rodgers....the silly media love in about rodgers....I know all won't agree but imo he's ****ing terrible.....the announcement of his departure will cheer me up.

It’s just become so dull that I just feel totally worn out by it all, there have been plenty worse times in our history but the dullness of our football has numbed me to our plight.
Players who are paid a fortune and who can’t seem to actually do the basics add to the general malaise and disconnection

Foxestalk gets me down more than the actual results. It’s a unique mix of delusion, deja vu and over reaction. A gift that keeps on giving. Sometimes I have no idea why I’m still here 😂

Yes gets to me when we are lossing games, but same as every one else, not happy with it on and off the pitch at the moment, hurts also, when on Match of the Day, they are saying, that the players are not trying.

I've wanted Rodgers out since Chelsea at home last season so I finally want him gone to clear the air. The underlying stats have been pointing to this for a while.

Football is my main hobby, so when we're shit it does wear you down. I think a big part of the reason we love Pearson so much is even when we were shit on the pitch you at least felt we were building something off of it. Now just about every aspect is f ucking wank.

Not great at the moment but no matches and the transfer window being shut will hopefully make this week better.

I'd honestly recommend switching off from it as much as possible when we're not playing during the week.

Decided not to take my replica shirts with me to Turkey this week, pretty damming indictment of the present times 😒 😎

I had a swizz guy moan at me for ruining Inler, not so bad, you might get skewered in Turkey over Cags

How Leicester City are doing is way down the list of priorities for me atm

Shame, similar with me but with occasional robbing of power and internet cables which take a week to a month to replace...... at my cost...

The horrible football is actually more depressing to me now  than when I was paying yearly fortunes actually following the city, least you get a day out and a few beers......

Have asked before, anyone remenber the bloke who sulked up a lamp post or was it a 70s urban myth?

Seeing City bottom and playing so appallingly genuinely makes me sad.

Especially as I could see it coming to some extent

Was so annoyed yesterday, the frustrating thing is we have more than capable players that have had the life sucked out of them. The thought of us going down and Forest staying up would hit me harder. Not being the dominant club in the East Midlands.Although as we’ve been told a million times they don’t care.

if you say something enough.

It really grates me that Forest are above us, should not be a conceivable thought and yes it’s reality.

It hurts us, so some try not to care as a strategy, but unless you really don’t care-in which case why are you posting at all-then that is an admission that deep down you really do.

Having said that a lot of people were so badly effected by the pandemic, and now the cost of living crisis, that they are vulnerable and need to draw back and look after themselves for the sake of their long term health.

Football matters to us, it’s part of our identity and community and being angry and upset is okay right now as long as it doesn’t go further than that.

It’s always affected me too much and others comment on it. It got a lot worse during lockdown to the point of obsession. I don’t think that was a bad thing necessarily though as it helped me in some ways. As you get older though you mellow a lot as in other aspects of life as you have been through it before.

A loss is a loss, I can get over them fairly quickly depending on the manner in which we lose.

However, when we go on a bad run or when we're in a shit state like now, it does affect me as I use Leicester games as something to look forward to and having the games to look forward to helps to keep dodgy mental health in check. So it sucks when I'm not looking forward to the games like I am nowadays. Thus, I want Rodgers out and a sprinkle of positivity back into my week. At least this forum makes me laugh when we're going through bad times, everyone seems to be funnier on here as some sort of coping mechanism.

A lot and I find myself educating people at work who know nothing about Leicester as to what is happening. I won’t be happy in general till he’s gone, so I’ve been miserable for about 4 weeks now because of that shithouse Rodger’s.

I watched every minute of every game during lockdown. Couldn’t cross my mind to miss even part of a game. Looking back it seems ridiculous but at the time it certainly helped me no end

I'm in a sad, disappointed and frustrated. Also a bit angry.

For most of the years when I started going regularly we were in the Championship and not very good. But I hoped for better and promotion. When I hoped to get out of the Championship, League One wasn't what I had in mind but we did enjoy a great season.

Everyone pretty much pitied you if you were a Leicester fan.

Fast forward to the last few years and it's been unbelievably good. I've had immense pride in our club and its achievements.

I genuinely thought that without European football and our injuries resolved, we'd be flying this season. And instead we've an absolute sh@tshow, on and off the pitch.

I just can't fathom how we've gone from challenging top 4 to this and it saddens me greatly.

I wasn't expecting us to win the league again, or even top 4 but that we'd be at the right end of the table.

I really don't even want to go on Saturday if Brendan is still here. I never ever said that even when we were absolutely rubbish in the Championship years.

It's sad to see, I take solace in watching the Tigers and last year was really good in winning the League, though this season will be tougher. Leicester City are shite at the moment all due to that Soul Sucker Rodgers and it will be awful this season without a massive turnaround in fortunes, which I don't see happening at this point in time.
