From what I'd heard that wouldn't be too difficult apparently. If it's true, I saw in the media that after the World Cup, the Belgian press had Tielemans down as their worst performer with one outlet giving him a 3 out of 10?
coolhandfox Posted 4 January 2024 Posted 4 January 2024 Another reason not to sell in this window a great Euros and his price rockets up.
fuchsntf Posted 4 January 2024 Posted 4 January 2024 I Hope we take all our defenders with us into the PL… with Enzo and recruitment team making descisions on not FT.
SafewayFox Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 I think Faes has been very good in the main this season but felt he was mentally and physically weak when needed him most today. One thing that I always notice about him is when we concede he doesn’t get angry but looks mentally deflated, I remember when he signed he claimed to be a natural leader but don’t think he displays that aspect of the game at all. 3
Vacamion Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Two or three occasions today where he was supplying the legs that Vestergaard didn't have. I think Faes had a better game than, say, Justin, who had players running past his back when we had 11 men and also after we went down to 10.
Guest Col city fan Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 We need better for the Premiership. Faes has had a good season, but I don’t think he’s going to be consistently good enough for the top flight. Neither is Vestergaard
Wymsey Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 He appeared to lack urgency when he was close to the scorer in two of their goals. Gives the ball away unnecessarily too often. 2
Sly Posted 14 January 2024 Posted 14 January 2024 The performance yesterday reminded me of the post World Cup displays last season. 1
Gamble92 Posted 14 January 2024 Posted 14 January 2024 He lost his marbles today. I still think he's been good this season. If anyone come in with a bid above £10m I'd say Bruges and Bon Appetit though. 1
HybridFox Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 (edited) Pretty irritating seeing him keep waving his arms around after playing a poor ball himself Edited 2 March 2024 by HybridFox
South Shire Fox Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 (edited) Head loss. Having Faes as the leader in defence is asking for trouble. Does well with an experienced head next to him organising the back four, he definitely isnt the man for that job though as last year showed Edited 2 March 2024 by South Shire Fox
Nolucklcfc Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 Don’t think he was too bad to be honest. Far worst against Boro.
lcfc_forever Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 He didn’t play badly but doesn’t show the right mentality enough when the pressure is on. Needs either Coady or Vestergaard next to him, can’t be trusted in this challenging period to lead the defence.
Bugg Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 Don't rate him at all. Constantly looks to slow play down no matter how urgently we need to move the ball, always needs at least 3 touches before moving it on. 1
Popular Post Leicester_Loyal Posted 2 March 2024 Popular Post Posted 2 March 2024 (edited) Never rated him, looks good 80% of the time in this league but does constantly make mistakes every game, always dives in, gets turned in the middle and it ends up with other teams scoring or creating big chances. Certainly not good enough if we go up, we’ll be hammered, just like last time. Edited 2 March 2024 by Leicester_Loyal 4 1
DennisNedry Posted 9 March 2024 Posted 9 March 2024 To his credit he had a steady second half, his head could have gone after that first half showing. 1
Ian Nacho Posted 9 March 2024 Posted 9 March 2024 He swapped with Hamza and was playing in the inverted role for the last 5/10 minutes which was interesting.
frany104 Posted 9 March 2024 Posted 9 March 2024 If we need to raise funds in June, he should be the first one we look to sell. Would get decent money for him and he’s not good enough for the prem. Nelson will be better than him for sure and Coady should be staring ahead of him now. 3

Absolutely no chance we get decent money for him. He’s a Championship player. Laughing stock at the level above.
foxfanazer Posted 9 March 2024 Posted 9 March 2024 I Know Foxestalk is full of the extremes but as bad as he was today (and he was dreadful) he's had a very solid season so far. He just looks too calm sometimes and makes some inexplicable mistakes Probably needs to earn his place back now but certainly too soon to right him off completely 2
