Cags welcome back,

Man City without Haaland has to make it easier, he’s a machine.

Just hope we've not been blindsided and end up being totally perplexed by how Man City adjust without him. Alvarez is still a very good player.

Am I the only one who's somewhat dissapointed Haaland isn't playing?

Yes, he would have potentially destroyed us

I thought this game would be Faes first red card for us and we'd be playing the game with 10. But now that we've got Soy back in the side, then instead I reckon we'll go one better. Down to 9.

Can we please stop wetting ourselves over the team, he has swapped Soumare for Cags the rest of the team are all generally starters, it’s only Vardy that hasn’t started every game out of the rest.

If Soumare is injured then ok but also is Soumare currently equipped to face Man C and I mean that in his defensive role, he’s great pushing forward but would any of us really want him tracking back against the best team in the league, they would breeze past him and I mean that in the nicest way as he’s getting better but..

With the lack of DM he’s added the extra CB and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Youri taking up a shield role, he generally is the cover anyway, and KDH to follow/manmark  KDB, wing backs on Grealish and Silva.

This still leaves us the quick ball through Youri->Madders to Barnes and Vardy, this is how I see the play going we are not going toe to toe.

Yeah especially when you can’t edit your fantasy football team captain an hour before kick off

Brendan saying he was knee sliding when he heard Haaland was out… and people believed (and lost their heads) that he really wanted Haaland playing.

Just goes to show how pointless press conference quotes are.

Huge graft shift required from Youri & KDH. As we all know Madders only occasionally tackles and Barnes last put the four in 3 seasons ago.

Not sure that’s entirely fair on Maddison, he has been far better at both pressing and getting back this season. Barnes on the other hand

When we have finally found some form, why on earth would you choose the most lethal team to play against to mix it up?

Because we started to win and nobody is going to fire the manager when we’re winning 😂😂
