That Caden Voice still not played a game since the incident, so does look like Wolves weren’t pleased with him or it’s an FA punishment we don’t hear about but that’s 13 games he’s not been part of the squad

So he has or hasn't played?

He is now back playing for Wolves, he started for their under 18s on Saturday before getting substituted in the 36th minute

Not surprised he’s rusty after a few months and had to come off

tbh, I’m surprised they left him out for so long - not playing for that length of time would hopefully make a long lasting impression on the kid

obviously it’s not comparable to will’s period on the sidelines and the really tough work he has to go through (mentally and physically) but it isn’t how the game works for him to be removed for the whole period alves is unavailable

Oops my bad 12 games missed I took the last game as not in squad because the source showed “Info not available” just assumed at that point.

Anyone know if Alves signed a new contract? Transfermarkt have his deal down as having expired on 30/06/2023.

Signed a professional deal last October so wouldn't imagine that the information they have gave is correct.

Just hope this lad is being pumped with human growth hormone and testosterone so he comes back a monster with robotic legs not the the Ricardo and matty james and justin poppadom  legs.

Alvez is definately a jewel and worth caring for. If he comes back from injury even more determined & motivated that will be great for us. He brings something very different & special to the team. I’ve always hoped he would make it and start as an impact sub when the opposition are knackered by bamboozling tired defenders turning them inside out!

I heard Celtic had inquired but very informal

Brendan’s little black book at it again. If he’s going after Tete it really says a lot about such an uninspired, boring piece of shit

When are he and Braybrook due back?

Just from going off our previous ACL injuries...

Ricardo did his in March 2020 and his first game back was December 2020

JJ did his in February 2021 and his first game back was January 2022

By the same time scales Alves could be September / October and Sammy would be November / December

I was concerned about this given his contract situation but he signed his first pro deal last October for 3 years. So I can't see him leaving.

I have nothing against Celtic but Rogers can stick his little black book up his backside and shut it with his favourite chewing gum!

Wonder if their youth plays a part. Both 17/18 or so aren't they? Maybe that could mean a quicker turnaround. No idea.

If anything muscles/ligaments are probably weaker/still developing. It's why a lot of career ending stuff happens at youth level.

In the same sense restrictions are placed on young fast bowlers in cricket in terms of how much strain they're put under at a young age.
