What did Santa bring?

Recommended Posts

Designer sunglasses (polarised for driving) from daughter and a Bonsai kit with 4 different trees to grow from seed and the stuff to grow them in from Mrs P.

I've always fancied trying Bonsai. It'd be like being a giant looking down on a tree that I have created.

Or God... lol

43 as well but got my son this. He loves lego especially cars

He also got an insane remote control truck  and other cars. He is obsessed with them. We drive down the road and he starts naming year and model of cars dating back to the 60s. Not bad for a 9 year old. All look the fookin same to me lol

I got a new wallet too and Jim Moir's book of paintings of birds that is a rather lovely thing.

Edit: and a weather station.

I'm sure it's a coincidence but since the outside sensor on the old one stopped working and I've been unable to tell what the temperature and humidity are before going out, I've been feeling VERY out of sorts so it's great to be getting back on track

Nothing.

With family the other side of the world, it's just me and the misses and we long since stopped buying presents for each other. We instead enjoy the day in our time honoured way; eating, drinking, walking the dog and prepping dinner. A most enjoyable, and looked forward to, day.

Steamdeck (paid for it in October, but money for it was Christmas present)

3 weird fish t shirts

Some pretty cool socks

Loads of stuff to help me relax.

Pair of jeans

DNA test kit to see where my jeans come from.
