Honestly not trying to offend the older fans but just curious as to why for example Newcastles away end is full of young lads and middle aged men and our ends seem to have a lot of older fans?

The way the points system is run is probably a big point

Unsure why their ground gets so much praise for its atmosphere. Barely heard a peep out of them today.

They were literally silent today, at times I forgot it was a premiership match and imagined life in the championship again.

exactly this. Same faces week in week out. To be fair they do well to travel the length of the country every week but if they’ve got 700 points plus and first dibs, it’s bound to be the same constantly.. plenty of reports last night on Newcastle’s “limbs”, as I’ve said before something that won’t happen at Leicester unless it’s a European trip

Yeah something defo needs to change with the points. Same people are getting tickets for every game with no opportunity for people down the bottom to build their points

They're dedicated fans for sure following up and down the country.

It's just a shame how the club deals with points, we haven't found a good balance for those who do follow religiously up and down the country to get tickets, but also to allow those newer fans or other groups to get tickets - without going through touts or buying from others (and hence repeating the cycle of those keeping points etc).

It's also a shame that obviously the differing views of "support" from varying groups refers to different things and can lead to backlash and abuse between groups.

Credit where it’s due, our end sounded good after the equaliser

Thought it was decent at 0-0 too. Maybe not used to a good end anymore...

I enjoyed today, it was good fun. I hope people can carry some positivity into the remaining games and turn up at home too. Give ourselves the best chance of doing well on the pitch by backing them in the stands, and that includes everyone. We all have to pull in the same direction and get behind the team (whether we like the manager/situation or not).

We’ve had some decent ends recently tbf

Villa and today were much better than most of what we’ve served up since lockdown

Would add that Old Trafford was good too before they scored

Yeah said it before, our away ends have been a lot better recently and that’s surprising considering how bad we are but that might be why tbf now that the day trippers have stopped coming

Was the same last year. Basically it gets loud when they are beating a big six team same as any other club

Where were all these pr1cks with points back when we were even more shite than we are now ?

Nowhere!

At least next season all these people will **** right off as the championship probably doesn't fit the narrative.

**** you Brendan and top.

Full of “Leicester City Away Stewards” again yesterday in the away end. Some with body cameras on them.

It’s probably a useful time to start submitting feedback to the club on the singing section for example ([email protected]), with it being the back end of the season. I included this email address on a separate post and thread but thought it was worth a mention in here too. Personally hope to see the section remain next season and the feedback received will clearly be decisive.

The club may ask for general views at some stage anyway, as they did last summer through email communication. This is the club’s own wording at the time… we are also extremely interested to get further input from our supporters on the matchday atmosphere at King Power Stadium. Such feedback and subsequent consultation have led to a season-long trial of the popular Singing Section in SK1. We fully appreciate that participation in the creation of a vibrant and positive matchday atmosphere that aids the team on the pitch means different things to different people, so we will be reaching out to you all over the summer to invite you to contribute to the discussion. If you prefer to provide your input by email, we would welcome that equally.

Just received an email requesting feedback on the singing section.

I know a few said they enjoyed UFS being a little more open to the media over last summer with the podcasts etc.

Also I guess some may have wanted to find out more on some of the latest happenings. A small part of this episode features the group. Starts about them 30 minutes into it.

Also some discussion on yesterday's Football forum about half way through.

Completed the survey now. My responses request expansion of the section, stop harassing the section members and binning the fccking goal music!

Done mine too with similar feedback.

Did my survey. Pointed out that the best thing they can do to improve the atmosphere is win and draw more games and sack the unpopular manager.

Raised a concern that it feels as though the club is attacking fans at the moment.

Yep, likewise - they've sent the emails out today.

Did the form. Told the club the overbearing stewarding is obvious from the other side of the stadium(my season ticket) and that I appreciated the effort UFS go to. And to get rid of the goal music.
