Can't some supporter group at he club try and arrange a meeting with him or Susan Whelan, demanding answers?

Both are cowards, in their minds there doing a good job.

Top and Sue are paralysed by fear as neither would have a clue about how to select  a  decent DoF. So Rudkin continues to effectively get a free pass notwithstanding that he has overseen us being a team capable of regularly challenging for European places to one now looking at an extended period outside of the top division

I wonder if we’ll be having this debate if we make 4 additional signing come the end of January, all of which hit the ground running and contribute to us escaping the trapdoor.

It’s the deluded hope that kills you.

Watch us pull off one of the greatest transfer windows in our history then sign Jan Bednarek and Jack Stephens for £10mil a piece in the summer.

I can imagine Rudkin using all kinds of excuses to pull the wool - Top clearly doesn't understand football.

Then you find someone who does. Wrexham boys got someone in that understood football for that very reason. It's solvable but its an issue they don't want to solve, so will find excuses.

I still can’t believe there’s been only one addition to the backroom staff besides Ruud. I bet he’s ****ing regretting every moment of this…

Didn't he speak to Enzo about it before taking the job? Ruud must have eaten Enzo's last rolo

Enzo clearly fed him a load of bollocks.

Plus one thing Cooper kept saying was how aligned the club was and he could see why we have success……

I mean, what does that mean? Clearly we aren’t?

I never understood that comment either. When Cooper arrived it sounded like he was reading from a script. This is club pish posh. Clearly we are not as we wouldn't be in this mess.

The inner workings of the club are totally deluded. It's the only explanation. Keep your head down, don't question anything, everything is working as intended comrade!

Susan Whelan is someone that seems to get away with a lot considering the mess our club is in I don’t hear her name mentioned enough. I thought her job was to run the financial side of the club ? I’m no expert but I’d say she failed catastrophically.

Rudkin - football

Whelan - stuff that isn't football

This has been written multiple times by journalists that are clued up about us.

The personal loyalty to the Svriwaddywaddys is an issue for the football club and its fans. Unlike lots of industries the CEO is completely beholden to a function outside of their remit. The footballing function is disastrous and completely undermines every non-footballing dept, e.g - you can't run the commercial dept well if we're getting points deductions. Whelan is completely shafted but does nothing because she's a King Power loyalist and why cause an issue if you're well paid on the gravy train?

The same thing applies to Rudkin. If people think Top isn't the issue and we'd magically be ok with different directors you're absolutely cuckoo. There are ZERO standards at the club, the directors don't enforce them vocals they're not accountable either. Top doesn't care, simple as that or he's more stupid or cowardly than we realise.

The only significant change we've had a board level is literally because somebody died, that's what it takes. LCFC are a sclerotic organisation and their mismanagement will lead us into being the next Sheffield Wednesday.

SW is 61, paid a few hundred grand a year - she can more than likely retire financially already but is probbaly thinking I'll see out another 3 years of this, net myself £1m quid and call it a day. She won't need to work again and the wrong age of 60, she's have to be paid off rather than chuck her notice in. If I was her I'd be doing exactly the same thing.

I find it amazing that anyone involved with the club's finances over recent times is still working for us.

Someone/people have to be accountable.

Sorry if I missed something here, do we know why this has happened (or not happened)?

It's just so bizarre.

Is the CEO just coasting along, not upsetting the applecart good for the club? This is where Top’s disinterest stunts any change happening

Utter incompetence as per usual.

It's like Succession. There's just too much they know to be fired. So we are in paralysis.

You compare to any company of its size - it's not healthy to have the same rigid persons involved. Football club or not, there should always be some evolvement.

The very same people, in the same articles also said she attends premier league meetings as our rep and has got involved in numerous transfers. She's on the board, whereas Rudkin is not.

Also, she's the CEO. Of course, she's involved in football matters now... are those football matters picking scouts or coaches, discussing the style of play, and sorting out pre-season fixtures etc.? No, it's highly likely she also has minimal input. But there are going to be crossovers when it comes to money, she signs off the accounts, she's the one making statements on the accounts. Clearly she's going to have a large input on budgets and the like. She's our rep at premier league meetings, has always taken an active and well-respected role there (so we are told), and almost everything going on there is going to impact the football side of the club.

What's classed as football can be split down into numerous categories.

Nope not good for the club - but she isn't a Leicester City fan like the rest of us, so will be thinking about her P60 every year.

Take it up with Rob Tanner, I'm not arguing with you about his responsibilities in 2025.
