Still nothing on social media from any first teamers then! Bottling it or told to steer clear for a while?

All travelling on their holidays at present. We are the least of their worries. Thomas has just touched down in Greece

Careful now. You said the H word. You'll have someone who can't understand you come and say if you were a chicken you'd peck him. Or something else silly.

The club’s Comms department has been a disgrace for a while, Leeds and Southampton had a statement prepared and released straight away, we get radio silence. Haven’t heard from Rudkin in years, same for Whelan, come out and say something ffs!

Tbh it'll probably be a load of verbal diarrhoea from those 2

Misjudged then - a few days is too long. They won’t seem sincere because of the delay.

It's like Top's statement, it either got released straight away or at the very least the night or not at all, it was too late, don't bother.

Players were told to stay off social media with individual posts addressing the season for a few day until “the storm blows over”.

I was charged £700 plus travel to watch a dis-organised, gutless set of players with a lack of leaders and appalling support from their club  **** up years of hard work......it'll take more than a few days for hurricane fazzyfox to dissipate, wish they'd answer some questions properly about their own performances.

This is the time to have their holidays. Their agents will be doing all the nasty work on their behalf. For anyone who will be playing for us next season, would rather they got their break in now as they will have a sharrrt load of games to be playing at some pretty un-glamorous venues starting in 10 weeks or so.

Don't forget they'll be in Bangkok and Singapore 5 days before the start of the season. Perfect prep.

Is this etched in stone? Given the crazy turnover we’re about to see, and the grueling Championship schedule, this can’t actually happen. Can it?

Well it was mentioned at the very bottom of the relegation article, the night relegation was confirmed  :crylaugh:

With King Power being front and centre in their homeland?

Oh yeh, fully never going to happen, I can hope there’s some common sense applied though:D

I’m hoping we send the u21s for that

I'd say very slim chance of that. Almost a perk of playing for us, that. All expenses trip to Thailand.

Which equates to, what, 10% of a week's wages? lol Sure.

i’m genuinely not arsed what any of them have to say at this point. We all know it will be media trained bollocks.

Although i’d love it if castagne came out and said we are utter shite and deserve it

I feel kind of bad for saying I was off to Cyprus for a fortnight in the What are you doing for the next 10 weeks thread 😀

Hopper and Pearson Jnr have volunteered…..to help us out.

Maybe the Thailand tournament organisers will cancel us, they thought they'd booked a Vibrant Professional Football Club and we're currently a run down Circus, I'm sure there's a clause for that in the contract. And it's not like we'll be taking any star names now, living legend Vardy excepted.

Need to go back to the old routine of playing a non-league club then league 2, league 1, championship and debatably a Burnley or Sheff Utd. Glamour ties, Spanish clubs intent on crocking players, big 7 PL clubs, no, it's to prepare for the season ahead.

He’d have a better future in musical theatre than on a football pitch IMO

Shame that feeling towards the club hasn’t rubbed off on the blokes.

Oh I forgot about them. Some top tier football to watch next season! (Can't even say that about the u21s now...)
