Exactly how I feel about it 👍

It could possibly be exactly what the club needed, as long as the overall leadership now improves.

This is the thing for me, if we were to see decisive and positive leadership, there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to come straight back up or at least make the play-offs. That's the issue though. It has to improve.

I'm never going to say I'm glad we aren't in the Premier League, because that's the pinnacle of football, not just English football.....however......

I do think it's a necessary evil for this club to perhaps sort out some deeper issues. If we didn't get relegated this season, I think we'd end up being Everton, and always being down there. Hopefully if and when we do go back up, it will be with more stability.

On the flip side, I worry that the club are still oblivious to the deeper issues and we'll just continue as was, just with a different set of over paid players.

I've accepted relegation, and I'm now excited to see what changes, and how we perform in the Championship.

Depends on the club. If they set ridiculous matchday prices like they have the past few years, then I doubt there will be loads of matchday going fans. We will still have 23,000 STH's.

A big difference will be the away fans. In the PL most clubs would bring 3,000. In the Championship we will likely see anything between 500 and 2,000 with maybe the odd exception where we get close to 3,000 (if we give that many, we are only obliged to give 2,000, so we might keep M1 for ourselves if we are due to sell out).

Can see Sheffield Wednesday, Leeds, Birmingham , Coventry and West Brom all selling out.

Lets just say Steve Bruce was named as manager, that honestly would cause a huge decline. You'd see attendance drop to 23k that's affect when you appoint someone like that.

Relegation is bad enough but I'd say not changing Rodgers before Aprilwill come back to bite them

For some, not all. And I don't think that scales how people think. I.e. that because we're in the Prem, more plastics come and push out more local supporters. I think those of us not blessed to live remotely close, or for those that struggle to afford it, are affected just as much and lose that ability to see the team because it becomes that much more inaccessible. The lower demand should benefit everyone really.

West Brom didn't even take the full allocation when they came to our place in the premier league.

Depends on how there doing, if it's us and them in the promotion push then it'll sell out. If there struggling like the season last then won't. Leeds, Sheffield Wednesday, Cov and Birmingham would always sell out. West Brom fan base ain't that massive.

I realised a while back, that the t**t Brendan is eroding the core of this club and when they finally released him of his duties, I knew its too late deep down.  I think championship will be a re-set to the club, to rediscover the spirit that bought something special about the place(doesn't have to be wining the prem).  If that's the championship for now or however long, so be it. Long as we rinse out of the club the smelly nappy smell Brendan Rodgers Left in our beloved club. I for one is looking forward to not paying too much attention to the energy absorbing/mood destroying "Top Flight " Premier league.  Looking forward to doing more positive things in life.

Birmingham didn't sell out last time we were in the Championship and they're among the favourites to drop as well. If we play them in April while we're pushing for promotion and they're rock bottom, you'll be lucky to see 1500 blue noses turn up.

It’s only about a 600 mile round trip!

Cmon… 😉

No VAR

No half / half scarves hopefully.

Yeah but be honest, having one for Rotherham at home would be jokes

Brendan Rodgers became like mouldy orange in a string bag. Should have removed far earlier as he turned many a thing bad that he touched.

No VAR will be immense.
I’ve really missed being able to properly go mental when we score, for fear that some little twàt in a mobile hut will draw a line incorrectly and take 5 minutes to tell me it’s disallowed.

Or the other way round when genuine goals are disallowed because linesmen are only to keen to wave the flag

I would prefer to be in the Premier league because it is the best but in terms of watching football I find the Championship more entertaining to watch.  I’m hoping we come straight back up but I will enjoy a VAR free league without the multi billion pound teams. It’s a good opportunity for Leicester to sort out the problems and get back to being an efficient and effective club
