I'm massively excited for this season now.

Wasn't first choice perhaps? Or Enzo has been literally shopping around for someone to be his assistant? 

 

Who knows. In some ways, it is a strange appointment, no coaching experience and has not worked with Enzo before in a coaching set up. 

 

However, Enzo was a strange appointment for similar reasons, and as others have pointed out, we have tried the experienced route many times, and have often failed. I also like story from the twitter post saying how he has juggled getting his badges and also kept a tactical notebook as well as attended coaches meetings. At least that shows he has a determination to get into coaching/management.

 

It is exciting to try something new, but who knows how it will turn out
