I have to say.. THE First responses were romantic full of congratulations.. NEXT DAY ON...

It's been hysterically funny in this topic, we don't half have some witty sarcastic repose.. I HAVE enjoyed today just cruising this topic..

But I suppose that's best mate's response to a good kumple, who again is finding his feet, through difficult times.. and is sharing his happiness..

Kitch within Kitch, with the power to do it, but No negative vibes from fans..

Proposal & the yes on his father's memorial day... Plus the 1-0 win..

Rumour has it, Rudkin is putting together a Malcolm Tucker-esq smear campaign against Tops friends and family, that will leave him as the only possible candidate for best man at the wedding.

Bit harsh on Rudders, spare a thought for him as he must be inconsolable having lost the object of his undying love to a  slip of a girl  last night.

Saving grace for Rudders is that will still be on the honeymoon with the newlyweds just like the preseason trip to Thailand where he popped up with his smiling little face in all of Top’s photos

A lot of people have questioned Top's commitment to the club after last season's debacle, but the fact that he chose to do this here, when he could have chosen so many nice places, shows we still mean a lot to him.

He chose the stadium to propose to his future wife - that seems to indicate the strength of his connection to the place

There again start as you mean to go on as I've spent 25 years of getting constant earache of spending too many hours / days down The City

He has gotten things wrong and he gave way too much control and patience to Bodgers, but he clearly loves the club and to celebrate one of the biggest moments in his life at the stadium, just confirms that.

Thankfully, he has started making correct decisions again and the positivity his family brought to this club, is returning in spades!

How great for Top to have a happy occasion at the scene of his personal tragedy.

Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥂

Hadn't considered this angle, this will be a really positive memory for him at a difficult time

“So what made you fall in love with the millionaire Paul Daniels?” Not that Top isn’t a smashing bloke!

When she accepted, did they play the goal music?

Don’t be silly, the post horn gallop… and the awful half time version at that.

On a serious note, it’s nice he’s happy. I’ve wondered a few times why perhaps he wasn’t married, would be lovely for him to have a little boy of his own to bring to the football.

Goodness… I think even the most heartless person would see the beauty and symmetry in that.

There’s plenty of blokes (and women) in their 30s not yet married Babs, it’s 2023.

Seagrave?

Actually, getting down on one knee at Seagrave probably isn't the best option...

I thought he went on one knee for black lives matter to be honest, and she aint black, so she should jack him for a guy from the punjab.

It wasn't a criticism, I'm not married either... but being from a different culture and being religious, there are often more pressures for that.

I wasn't exactly sat here wagging my finger at him for not being married, it had just crossed my mind.
