We need to adopt this as the mantra for the rest of the season.

We're not going to. It's clear that the way the team starts games is very much part of Enzo's plan - keep possession, be patient and wait for openings, and then step up the intensity if needed in the second half. It's working - we're top of the league. Maresca is not going to suddenly tell them to play at a high tempo from the first whistle, not matter how much we'd like to see that.

It will be interesting to see, as we get towards the latter stage of the season, whether this approach from Maresca enables us to last out the season better, physicality-wise, than the teams that have pressed much more.  If so, we might find we have a very profitable run-in.

Interesting to see what reception Vardy gets. He ascended to godlike status for the Wednesday fans I know after that goal and shithousing in front of Sheff United's kop end. lol

No, I don’t believe you can.

You can watch it on Now TV or the sky sports app apparently, although I’ve not worked out how to do this…

First time to Hillsborough, where is best to park/drink prior?

Marcliffe Road, if you are sneaky you might get in the Horse and Jockey ok. Other than that they are all very home fan in S6.

That being said Wadsley Jack, Rose & Crown and Sportsman all in Wadsley would be sound as an away fan.

They'll sing "Your wife is a grass" after 30 seconds.

...I would like to think that if we converted the chances in the first half, it would be difficult for the players not to want to up the tempo and attempt to smash a team!!!

Maresca would have to be on the sideline telling players to calm down. We just do not get ourselves in these positions to see this play out.

Mavididi's long overdue a goal

Depends how you look at it. Needs a goal yes, but performance wise, he definitely isn't deserving of one.

I thought he was much improved on Saturday from what I saw and read, especially 2nd half.

I've always read you can on the Now TV app, but can never seem to find how on the TV, web or phone apps

I'd make a few changes for this one, West Brom at weekend will be really tricky.

             Hermansen

Ricardo Faes Coady Justin

                  Winks

           Praet     KDH

Fatawu.                  McAteer

                  Vardy

2nd half he was dynamic and attacking. Prior to that he was rigid again and rarely brought anything about.

Didn't help many of his runs were ignored or overhit

Thanks, do you know if that's using a sky go login or pay extra?

Certainly deserved an assist on Saturday that Vardy pumped over the bar. He was great Saturday when we turned up the pace.
