If the format is the same as last year, then Friday night will be the Semi Final from the top half 👍🏻

How many frames are the semi finals. Trying to work out the format ?

That's exactly why so many of Selby matches turn into a grind. Gets a non frame winning break and breaks down either through missing or position.  Letting him down in recent years.

It’s bizarre now, the man used to be ruthless or “the hoover” as he was known for being able to clear up in no time.

Now you just know once it gets to the business end of the frame he’s going to give you a chance somewhere

They say that's the sort of thing that goes when you past the peak so maybe he's just on a natural downward spiral. Higgins is similar when ive watched him recently, although he is a little.bit older.

If anyone thought Selby was tough watch at his best, imagine what he'll be like if he loses some of his ability and plays on when lower in the rankings lol

Imagine bumping into one in the Haymarket!!!lol

I went to the afternoon session on Tuesday and funnily enough bumped into David Nugent in the Highcross

When on it Vafaei is great to watch, but hard to warm to him, his behaviour is so bizarre at times.

He didn't shake Williams' hand after the game and stomped out.

Got roundly booed by the crowd.

Judd Ttump and Mark William's  are very tall blokes by the way!

Yep, just because Williams slapped his leg.

Pettiness of the highest level.

Selby actually started the season well, such a mixed bag though since the English Open where he lost in R64.

His loss to Allen at the Masters looked concerning, so many uncharacteristic misses and poor positional play, same again tonight.

Not the only top 16 player to be struggling recently though.
