Director Resigns

Recommended Posts

Lcfc trust limited comes across as charity arm of the club. It’s limited by Guaranteed and the directors are akin to those who run/represent the club at community level. For example, Mike Kapur and Rob Nixon are  directors.

Oakley is not a statutory director of the actual going concern limited company.

Rudkin and Whelan are LCFC trust directors, Rudkin only has 1 appointment and it’s the LCFC trust 👍🏻

It’s the community trust arm of the club. Not the going concern that is LCFC.

the trustees include Whelan and Rudkin

Not all those with “director” status with companies hold statutory director status.

His job title was "Strategy Director"

Can imagine his interview.

"What's the strategy Nick?"

**Rudkin puts ear phones in to listen to the 13:55 at Haydock**

"I'm thinking we load the squad with ridiculously over priced rubbish that we can't shift. Hang on to a poisonous manager as long as possible and then replace him when it's too late with some one really s**t. Get relegated (final day of the season of course to give the fans a bit of unnecessary hope) and then completely mess up the finances so much we're on the back pages again for another "Leicester City drama" (not had one for a while) "

** Rudkin takes his earphones out**

"Sounds great Nick, when can you start? "

One of the Faceless 8 under Whelan and Rudkin. And considering our strategy has been woeful for 3 seasons now, it's a start.

Waiting for tomorrow's announcement that Mr Tumble has been hired to replace him.
