I have been having some weird dreams about LCFC lately. Last night I dreamt that Donald Trump bought the club and renamed the King Power, Trump Stadium. How wild would that be if he became chairman. Also a couple of nights ago I dreamt that Jamie Vardy retired from football and became the new Dr Who. Has anybody else had any footie related dreams?

When i was a kid i dreamt that my family raised the money to buy Gary Lineker and that instead of signing for Everton, he came to live with us instead. He was very impressed that i knew a Woodlouse was a type of Isopod.

Not lately. In the dream Donald bought the club for $1 and also went on to play centre forward for the USA natIonal team and scored a brilliant headed goal in the World Cup!

I genuinely dreamt about a week ago that we play forest at home first game and were 5 nil down in the first 20 minutes. It scared the crap out of me!

That's not a Dream That was a nightmare you were having.

 

Though Vardy would be great in a remake of Steptoe and Son.

Can imagine him with a load of Daleks approaching spouting their usual “EXTERMINATE, YOU WILL OBEY, WE WILL DESTROY” stuff as he replies “Chat s**t get b***ed” whilst spraying cans of red bull into their circuitry.

I have a dream that the sky gravy train runs out of money and stops funding football and dictating when we play, Players have to learn to live on less obscene wages and maybe get a taste of the real world we have to live in, VAR is scrapped,  glory boys and insta addicts find a new hobby and something else to do with their "limbs", i can walk up and buy a ticket on match day, leicester city dont email me 4 times a day trying to flog me tat,  we go back to 3 subs, absolute nobodies dont get england caps, stadiums are named after streets areas or parks not faceless corporations, I don't have to remortgage to see a game, people watch the game with their eyes rather than through a screen, my hometown club stops taking the piss out of my loyalty, a rich local business man (like jack walker and john hall did) buys the club and oh yeah i can stand.  I think that's it.  It was only a dream, mind!

I have dreams like this almost every pre-season.

 

Cant remember a single positive dream about the club. 
 

Wildly though, in the season we won the league, I went to a thai festival where you make a lucky boat and send it down a river, you put money on, if you want riches and make a wish when you release it. Uncharacteristically, I genuinely wished that we would win the league. Not something i’d normally waste a wish on… but after that, If i had to be religious buddhism would be my bet 

 

A very strange occurrence and the only time i’ve felt a sense that maybe i control my own universe 😂
