Bristol City finished closer on points to Luton in 22nd than they did Sheffield United in 3rd.

Weren’t Palace in horrific form the year they went up against Watford? They won only 1 of their last 10 matches and still went up.

Finally seen the replay. Even I think it's a pen and red. Absolutely atrocious decision making by the CB there. Manning is a clown if he thinks that's not a read. Double jeopardy only applies if you make an attempt for the ball. Pulling the man down first and then kicking it doesn't qualify
