Everyone knows the situation, he’s not going to do what Rodgers did and portray that he has zero faith in the first 11 that he’s got.

He literally already has done that though? He even said the players themselves want new players in quickly

Communication with recruitment chiefs?

“It’s a very aligned club. You can see why it’s had the success it’s had in its Premier League history. That’s what I’m feeling. The context at the moment is making us a stronger team and squad. Communication lines are clear. Some things haven’t gone our way, which is not the club’s fault. Let’s hope we’re were want to be in a couple of weeks’ time. The players here feel good about themselves and let’s hope we can take that into the season.”

Oh christ, ladies and gentlemen, we've got ourselves a 'yes man'.

What do people expect him to say at this point? lol

We all know where we're truly at, including him.

He's got be seen to be positive, even if that's just to try and convince other clubs/outside sources/possible future signings etc, that we're doing ok.

You sound like the wife!

Only joking of course — I appreciate this is FoxesTalk not EroticaTalk. No offence intended to any families reading.

Is it just me that feels he's been very cagey about the Vardy injury?

Any other player, he's told us what it is and when we can expect them back but everytime he's been asked about Vardy, he's not given any details and just kind of brushed it off.

I don't know, maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Our public image isn't helped by these pair wearing that heinous training gear in public. Look at the difference between them and Enzo ffs.

Yeah but he’s not going to constantly do it. Otherwise it has the opposite effect where the players just think he has no belief in them. There’s a balance.

If my employer were paying me a couple of million a year I'd probably toe the party line too tbqh

Let’s put it this way Rudders and the other muppets will be delighted with that press conference.

I would have been asking Cooper if the club are so aligned why is it that they new KDH would leave by a certain date yet had no replacement ready to go ?

But he knows he will be sacked because of results.. we are not going to win any games till Vardy is back is my prediction.

Not so bothered by Cooper really, but Rudkin wearing that sh1t is horrific.  He's supposed to be a projection of a professional football club and our DoF whereas he actually looks like that uncle at the family BBQ who every one thinks is a massive cvnt.
