It just ain't healthy to carry this angst and hate towards someone and I don't know how to get over it!

It's not just this - I genuinely believe he is detrimental to the team when on the pitch. He slows up every attack by taking too many touches and never looks to pick out a teammate in return. On top of that, appears to demand to take every set piece (glad Winks pulled rank on that tonight). We'd genuinely be better off playing with 10, at least then there wouldn't be a temptation to pass to him. His lazy attitude must really grate on others too, especially when they have put a shift in like tonight.

He is not a striker and never was esp at this age

I just don't get this illusion that some commentators have about him that he works hard and puts a shift in. He's lazy and literally does bugger all apart from fall on the floor and mess around with his shorts. Truly an infuriating player.

Don't think so, I said similar in the post-match thread. I think losing his starting place, and then the stick he got from midfield for that shit effort on goal. Noticeable that he seemed to be having a 'if you though that was a light jog' sad-on after that. 

 

On the upside I'd be very surprised if Rowett a) missed it b) will put up with it

Really annoys me that commentators always say he works hard. Really?? He's never up with play when we have a break on and he left Mukasa to do all his pressing when he came on, the lazy git. He just seems to play where he wants to, rather than where the team needs a striker to be. It's frankly sacrilege that he took the number 9 shirt from Vardy.

Doesn't matter what he is (or what he thinks he is - clearly he thinks he's a centre forward). He shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch. We are in a dogfight and need 11 players giving everything, not passengers, which this lump will be whichever position he plays.

Cult is very similar to the word I’d use to describe him

You can tell the players are a bit sick of him as well, the shot he makes from the far left side of the box rather than passing to Mukasa you see the gesture made from divine and winks just genuine frustration that he’s been greedy AGAIN. 
 

I believe truly from his demeanour he’s always thought far too much of himself and that’s a culmination racking up so many appearances for a limp Crystal Palace for years, he’s always been below average. 
 

when he came on he absolutely slowed the pace down, people didn’t want to bomb on and play clever one twos because they knew there’s no two with Ayew (not the passing kind, plenty of the other) 

 

Daka misses sitters but he frustrates the opposition, his pace is a worry and at least he presses.

genuinely have never hated a player more than this ****. The moment he came on it was game over as far as us creating anything went. people say "oh he holds the ball up well", well no, he doesn't. He stands on the ball, falls over and complains about not getting the free kick. Daka held it up and linked up better tonight than this bloke ever has, and he's got trampolines for feet. The press was the only thing keeping Boro honest, and it completely collapsed the moment Ayew came on.

“Why doesn’t he run?”, Well he physically can’t die to the work load he’s done throughout his 25 year career. 
 

i hate the person that thought giving him a contract was a good idea. 
 

He doesn’t come across as a professional that would be happy to pass on knowledge to youngsters, More so he would be sulking if others were taking him lime light. 
One point in the second half he won a free kick and had tight hold of the ball but Winks took it off him so shows what others think of him if they are taking him away from 25 yard free kicks.

I think you see numerous examples of players having a noticeable weakness so just assume that they make up for it in other areas. Because he doesn't actually contribute anything there's this assumption that he must be doing the unnoticed dirty work. I think Okoli benefits from a similar situation where people see the terrible passing and assume he makes up for it by being a solid defender, when he isn't.
